Our people
A school is only as good as the adults in the room.
Every guide at Pflugerville Montessori School is carefully selected for their nurturing nature, personal integrity, and professional credentials. Many of our teachers hold advanced degrees in child-related disciplines, and all share a deep respect for the child.

What we look for
Montessori-certified, nurturing, and professional.
A Montessori guide observes constructively, knows when and how much to intervene, and creates an atmosphere of calm, order, and joy. Our team is chosen for exactly those qualities.
Common questions
Our team, answered.
Are Pflugerville Montessori teachers Montessori-certified?
Yes. Our classrooms are led by Montessori-certified guides chosen for their nurturing nature, integrity, and professional credentials.
What does a Montessori guide do?
A guide prepares the environment, observes each child, gives individual lessons, and gradually intervenes less as the child develops independence.
Do teachers have degrees?
Many of our teachers hold advanced degrees in child-related disciplines in addition to their Montessori certification.
Can I meet the teachers before enrolling?
